Tiff's Healthy Tip #7 1/30/15 Tip#7: Healthier alternatives to artificial sweeteners

It is true that from our research, it seems best to cut sweeteners altogether...but that hasn't proven to be reality for our lives, and I'm assuming yours as well. Some safer sweeteners for you include Stevia, honey, agave nectar, and molasses. These don't necessarily fall under the "healthy" category, but are a MUCH better alternative than sugar, corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners.
